I want your pie to be the freshest possible. I will try to bake your pie as close to the delivery time that I possibly can.
Although I'm baking these beautiful pies in my home kitchen, I'm not without commercial experience in food. I've worked in numerous kitchens around town including Mitsuwa's Delica, Cream Pan Bakery and Leatherby's Café Rouge of the Patina Restaurant Group. I was classically trained at Orange Coast College's award winning Culinary Program.
Mon - Fri: 7am - 10pm
Saturday: 8am - 10pm
Sunday: 8am - 11pm
