Sourdough Pancake Class and Breakfast

Sourdough Pancake Class
Time: Tuesday, August 18, 9a-10:30a
Location: Layer Cake Bakery
 
We will start by feeding a sourdough starter.  We will make a sourdough pancake batter together, and then flip pancakes for our breakfast.  You will take home the remaining batter.
 
Layer Cake Bakery will compliment your sourdough pancakes with a full breakfast and your choice of beverage from their menu.  Additional breakfasts are available if you wish to bring a guest. (Guests must be accompanied by a class participant.)
 
If less than (8) participants sign up, the class will be cancelled and refunded.  With the short time frame for sign ups, customer cancellations won't be refunded unless a replacement can be found.
 
You will receive:
-Fresh sourdough pancake batter (best cooked within 24 hours, cooked pancakes can be refrigerated for up to a week.)
