Hi! I'm Karen Uyeda. I am a pie company of one with the simplest Kenmore oven. I make the dough by hand, preparing shells and fillings ahead of time to make your pies on the scheduled bake day. Sometimes the demand is more than what I can make. It is always best to order early and reserve your pies.​​​

2 Ways To Get Pie
/ Pick Up Layer Cake Bakery
Pre-order here and pick up one of my delicious homemade pies at the Layer Cake Bakery in Irvine on Tuesday or Friday.

Pick up at LCB - Stoncreek Plaza, 12n - until close.

Your order will be held at LCB up to 2 days.

Pick up is contactless from the atrium community table. Packaged orders will be marked with your name. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing. When you enter the store, announce yourself to the staff as a Sweetcie Pie customer. Then, proceed to the table and pick up your order. Refrigerated items will require a visit to the counter. Please contact me with any questions about your order.
/ Pie Drop Delivery
Sweetcie Pie is offering periodic deliveries to different areas in Orange County. On the date given on the home page, a Pie Drop is available to one of three Orange County regions.
