Hi! I'm Karen Uyeda. I am a pie company of one. I make the dough by hand, preparing shells and fillings ahead of time to make your pies on the bake day.
Pie opportunities are now quarterly. Sourdough is twice a month, year round. Baked goods are for pick up as described below. Sweetcie Pie does not ship.

Purchase first from the shop page and pick up your homemade pies at the Layer Cake Bakery in Irvine.
