Practice on a paper outline if you are uncertain about a design. There is more than enough icing provided.
You can place the workspace sheet on top of the outline page.
It's much easier to flood smaller areas.
Let them dry overnight for the icing to become touchable.

Crust: Unbleached AP, fresh milled whole wheat and rye flours, butter, buttermilk, sugar, vinegar, salt, baking powder, egg wash.
Azuki: Sugar, water, azuki bean.
Fig Jam: Figs, sugar, water, lemon juice, salt.
Raspberry Jam: Raspberries, corn syrup, sugar, pectin, citric acid.
Royal Icing: Powdered Sugar, sugar, dried egg white, corn syrup solids, vanilla, titanium dioxide, cornstarch, glycerin, vegetable gums, FD&C colors, citric acid, poatssium bitartrate, potassium sorbate.
