Weighs ~1.75 lb (800g). Made with USDA organic unbleached flour from Central Milling, California grains including Sonora wheat from the Tehachapi Grain Project. Contains wheat, spelt, and rye flours, water, salt, avocado oil for the tin.
Storage and Keeping
Store as you would any sandwich bread. Enjoy within the week. Slicing and freezing in a plastic bag saves your bread for toast for at least a month, or more.
