Santa's Cookies w/DIY Icing & Sprinkles

This is a special treat I made for my personal friends and family last year.  They insisted that I had to make them this year for you, too!  The cookies were a hit!  Note there is a special discount offered with a pie purchase.
 
Holiday gingerbread cookies for Santa on an edible plate (4").  The plate of cookies are gift wrapped in a cello bag with candy stripe twine.  Enjoy them as is, or decorate with icing and sprinkles (enough for 2 included). 
 
[Note IMPORTANT:  If you select 12/24 DDSS for pick up,  you'll be picking up at the Daydream Surf Shop 9a-12n in Costa Mesa, even though your order confirmation will state Layer Cake Bakery.]
 
Great for a hostess gift or a children's activity.  (1 doz cookies of varying sizes.)  These are crisper and more crunchy type of gingerbread.
 
[To those who bought DIY Halloween Handpie Decorating Kits, I noticed from photos and tags you sent me that the icing may have been to loose for young hands.  The icing in this kit will be dryer and not require so much drying time.]
